Vampyres are found in Morytania, most notably at the Haunted Woods or in and around Meiyerditch. However you must do Priest In Peril to gain access to Morytania and Darkness of Hallowvale to enter Meiyerditch. If you are not a member, you can still fight Count Draynor in the Vampire Slayer quest. He is found in the basement of Draynor Manor.
