Zombies can be located apposite hill giants. To get to Hillie's (AKA Hill giants) you have to go opposite GE, past the cooking guild, until you find a tiny hut. NOTE: You will need a brass key from GE, from around 300-400 GP each, not much of course. Enter, climb down the ladder. From there will be very obvious.
