there r really no good items that r free that respawn on ground. but here r some
lava maze: steel pl8body earth staf
graveyard in wild: steel legs ( its in lv 17-35 wild)
It isn't worthwhile to wait for item spawns. Better go mining, fishing, or woodcutting, and sell whatever you get at the Grand Exchange. That way, you will get much more money than waiting for "free spawns". For example, even at level 1 mining, you can get clay, worth over 100 each on the Grand Exchange. You can get it south-west of Varrock.
