(Edited by Coldude101) I believe there is a 26th one which you can get after completing the national dex. Apparently its something like you have to put a minun and plusle in the day care. then hatch the egg you get and talk to the newspaper guy in Solaceon. After that I think you talk to the guy sitting in the day care and he gives you this 26th poke app that allows you to get rare pokemon.
