To evolve golbat into a crobat you must keep training the golbat and make it happy. If golbat is 100% happy with you, it will evolve. It mostly evolves at levels divisible by 5. (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95 or 100)
