Yes, PokÃ©Rus still gives you double EVs when battling wild and trained PokÃ©mon even if it wears off because all the wearing off does is that the wearing off of it makes it so that the PokÃ©Rus is no longer contagious so that the other PokÃ©mon in your party cannot get infected by it.
