Where is team aqua after they steal the submarine on Pokemon emerald?
When team aqua steals the submarine,you have to go to their secret headquarters near Lilycove City, on the sea (east of Lilycove). Once you're there, you will see a team aqua member and some "objects" on the ground that really are teleports. If you go though the entire place you will be in the boss's room you will fight him but he will run. Then go to Mossdeep on route 128 and use (Dive - HM08). If you can not find HM08 (Dive), it is in Steven's house at Mossdeep. So use dive on route 128 you'll see a cave, go inside and use Dive again to return to the surface. There will be something like a small beach inside a cave and you need to pass a "door" to enter Seafloor cave. You need Strenght (HM04) and you'll fight Team Aqua members. I see some rocks too so you need Rock Smash (HM06). If you make a mistake moving boulders ("rocks that are pushable by Strenght, just use an escape rope or leave and re-enter that cave. To get through the first part, break the rock with Rock Smash and push the boulder up(↑) or down (↓), then get to the other and push it to the right (→)so you can pass. (I suggest you bring Max Repels so you don't face wild pokemons. I won't give any other hints on how to get past this you find it yourself so it's funny :) Rock Smash is an HM attack, which is an attack with type "Fight", so I think any "Fight" attack will make super effective on these (Rock Smash did): 1st Aqua Pokemons: Poochyena lv37 (super effective with rock smash) Carvanha lv37 (super effective with rock smash) 2nd Aqua Pokemons: Carvanha lv38 (super effective with rock smash) 3rd Aqua Pokemons: Poochyena lv36 (super effective with rock smash) Carvanha lv36 (super effective with rock smash) Zubat lv36 (not very effective attack example: rock smash so I suggest not using it) 4th Aqua (Admin Shelly) Pokemons Sharpedo lv38 (super effective with rock smash) Mightyena lv38 (super effective with rock smash) 5th Aqua (Leader Archie) Pokemons Mightyena lv41 (super effective with rock smash) Crobat lv41 Sharpedo lv43 (super effective with rock smash) A good Pokemon is Aggron because it can use steel, fight, water attacks and maybe others, I have Surf, Rock Smash, Iron Tail and Strenght moves on it. Level 51 and can defeat all these pokemons alone without healing. After you beat the ADMIN you need to go through some boulders it's a little hard but if you try and think you do it. When you do that, you'll pass a maze or fog and find KYOGRE. Aqua LEADER Archie will fight you. When the fight is over you will see what happens...

If you're talking about the 3rd badge in Hoenn (R/S/E) then here's what you do: If you haven't already, get the rock smash HM. Search the houses south of the fence. One of them has a scientist-like guy. He will give you rock smash. Now, go do whatever with your new rock smash move! If you want to go on, go north from Mauville. You'll go through a few routes and whatnot and end up at Fallarbor. After a short excursion with Team Aqua/Magma, you can go up to Lavaridge, where the 4th gym, the fire gym, awaits you!

if you go to the route 128 and use dive on a huge dark blue spot and look around the trench there will be a sub use dive again to go up then you are there but you need Pokemon who know strength, rock smash and surf for the mazes in the cave.[Im still stuck on the 4th maze.]
