You may only build an ender portal with the use of creative mode in version 12w23a and above (when you download the game it is on version 1.2.5 and must be updated manually to get 12w23a or above snapshots) or by the use of third-party tools/mods. In creating a world (not classic minecraft) the game creates a ender portals that randomly spawns once for each of the three randomly created strongholds. They are created as follows: □ □ □ □ □ □ □ □ □ □ □ □ With the use of an 'Eye of Ender' you can travel the a place called 'The End' by placing one eye of ender in each block (right click). When the ender portal is spawned it may have some Eye of Ender already in it. They are unbreakable in vanilla survival mode so you can't get the block. _______________________________________________________________ Answer in short: Not as soon as you download minecraft, but with 12w23a or above then you can on creative mode. It is able to get with use of a mod on any version as long as it was built for that version.

Go to the Nether, and break glowstone, it looks yellow and glows brightly, and glowstone dust will fall. Pick up the dust and put it in a 2x2 formation in your crafting table. This will give you glowstone blocks. Also, if you have a silk touch enchanted pickaxe, you may break the blocks and have them built automatically.
To go to the Nether in Minecraft, you need to create a Nether portal using obsidian blocks. You'll need a minimum of 10 obsidian blocks arranged in a rectangular frame, with a height of at least 4 blocks. Once the portal is built, ignite it using flint and steel or another fire source to activate it. You can then step through the portal to enter the Nether dimension.
Every block you travel in the Nether is equal to 8 blocks in the Overworld, effectively making the Nether a fast travel zoneThis means that if you leave the Nether via a portal you built in it, you will have moved significantly from where you enteredIf thecorrespondingcoordinates in the Overworld are underground, the portal will be created in the closest available space, a cave

A Nether portal requires a minimum of 10 obsidian blocks to construct. The portal frame is typically built in a rectangular shape, using 4 blocks for the base, 4 for the top, and 2 for the sides, but you can omit the corner blocks for a total of 10. However, if you include the corners, you can use up to 14 obsidian blocks. The portal is activated by using flint and steel or other fire sources on the interior.
You have to go to the Nether (a.k.a Hell) and Get a blaze rod then go back to the real ream and find a slime and take the blaze rod and slime ball and put the in your crafting tabe (four space) to make a magma cream and then i think you take your Ender Pearl and the magma cream and the you have an Eye Of Ender.

No, you do not need a mod to create an Aether portal or an End portal in Minecraft. The End portal can be built using End Portal Frames and Eyes of Ender in a specific arrangement, while the Aether portal is not part of the base game and typically requires a mod or custom server. The Aether is a separate dimension introduced by mods, while the End is an official part of the game.
