Go to Meteor Falls on route 114. There will be team aquas there and a scientist. When you move close, team aqua will leave. Then you talk to the scientist. After that, head all the way back to Mount Chimney for the cable car up. Exit the cable car "lobby". There will be team aqua and team magma blocking you from going down. So you go up. You will need to fight all the team aquas without the poochyena. You will need to fight 2 or 3 before the challenge against the leader of team aqua, Archie. After the battle, take the meteorite from the machine. Then head down towards the cable car. You will find that no one is blocking there anymore, so just go down. Lavaridge Town will be just below the mountain. Now that you have reached here, go heal your Pokemons and get ready for a gym battle! Flannery, the fire type leader, will be there.
Note: that meteorite is to be returned to the scientist in his house beside the Pokemart of Fallabor. He will give you a reward for that.
