Is the upcoming Darkrai on August 3rd going the attacks Spacial rend and Roar of time?
No it won't. The Darkrai that knows Spacial Rend and Roar of Time is a different event that will come out later. The event that will be coming out tomorrow (August 3, 2009) is the one that takes you to the in-game Darkrai on New Moon Island.
How do you get Darkrai in shinnoh region?
well...you must have the national dex dough anyways theres 2 ways to get darkrai first, use action replay enter the code that lets you walk through walls (i believe it's the walk through anything cheat) then go to fullmoon island second,go to the place in full moon island were cresselia was then go right it should say new moon island (which you can get in the other way) then a ominious DARKRAI should be at the middle its level 30 so be careful. the second way to get a darkrai is use action replay again but this time put the code that makes you get the member pass after go to canalave city's barbor inn it will let you in go sleep in the bed and there it is NEWMOON ISLAND! its there the ominious DARKRAI just do the same thing to find cresselia want an easier way to explain? o.k you can find darkrai in the same place where cresselia is in fullmoon island and fullmoon island is the same as new moon island its just the darkrai and cresselia and it looks darker in new moon island because darkrai is dark and cresselia is light---------------------------------------p.s to get to fullmoon island obtain the national dex go to canalave city go at the left side of canalave city (just go past the bridge) and go south until you see a dock talk to the sailor on the dock he will say something about is son will not wake up after that he will sail you to fullmoon island and wala fullmoon island is now there but it seems he won't let you go back to canalave until you get the lunar wing so just follow the path in fullmoon island and enter that hole thingy and you will see cresselia press A when your next to cresselia and cresselia will run away like mespirit track cresselia down with the poketech marking map app (you get it at resort area at the most southeastern house talk to the man in that house and you got the marking map CONGRATIOLATIONS!!!!) anyways after cresselia leaves there will be a pokeball press a next to it and wala a lunar wing then go talk to the sailor and he will sail you back to canalave and go to the house that's slightly northwestern house next to the dock enter the house press a near the kid that won't wake up and he will wake up! the sailor will come and say something and after that you not just have iron island to sail to fullmoon island is new!-------------------------------almost forgot member pass+barbor shop=darkrai oaks letter+shaymin stone=shaymin manaphy egg+lots of steps=manaphy

How do you get to new moon island?
In Canalave city up ahead the Pokemon center is a harbor inn (it will only be open in the morning.) There it will be the son's sailor spend a little time with him them go to sailor that took you to iron island, and he will be able to take you to new moon island and there you will find the legendary Pokemon darkrai catch him with any pokeball you want, it will be a lot more easy if you catch it with a masterball, but for me the ones that catch legendary Pokemon with masterballs are sissys. (So get your hineys off the couch and get an AR, then use the any-pokeball-as-masterball code.)

Darkrai died cuz Dialga and Palkia used spieciel rend and it and killed Darkrai. Darkrai died when Palkia used spacial rend, and Dialga used roar of time.
