The weapons and shields are to be found in the ruins of the houses, the dragon-changing thing is in the cave in the hill opposite the eye thing, and to become a spirit you must find the ring on the L-shaped stone near the bridge. The eye thing changes you from a green dragon to a red one if you fly through it.
