You need to find the Dawn Stone (which can be found in Mt Coronet after you've taught Surf to a Pokemon, climb the stairs and surf over the small lake to retrieve the Pokeball) Give the Dawn Stone to a Male Kirlia to evolve it into Gallade OR level Kirlia up to Lvl 30 so it evolves into Gardevoir. All of the Ralts family are awesome but a Gallade and Gardevoir team for Double Battles is pretty much the ultimate team Happy Gaming!

If Kirlia is a boy he evolves into a Gallade, if Kirlia is a girl she evolves into a Gardevoir I think you need a dawn stone to actually evolve it.
