You're going to need armour and high combat stats. You're not going to kill a frost dragon with a bronze dagger and your rubbish bin lid at level 3. Sara Brews are recommended and a decent weapon like a Barrows weapon or even a Godsword. An Abyssal Whip is not recommended but it can be categorised as a decent weapon depending on the enemy. I'm not an expert at frost dragons because I buy the frost bones, I don't kill them for it.

Once down here, go south to the portal and you should find yourself next to the green dragons which are combined with baby black dragons, but u ignore the babies. Nope just kill Black Dragons, King Black dragon, Iron Dragons, Steel Dragons, Mithril Dragons. My first visage was at 726 Iron dragon kills, then I got another one on a Iron Dragon task after 28 kills. You can get some great drops by killing them ranging from 200k-38m.

Green dargons are the easiest and the easiest way to make money. (You make like 1 mill in about 3 hrs.) Baby dragons are also easier.
