Well it is not the best weapon beacuse it is too unpredictable it might just kill you it can do 4 spells that will be chosen at random. Also they have a 50/50 chance of either affecting you or your enemy; a players health reduced to 1, a player will stop moving, a players speed is reduced, a player will have more health
To memorize spells in baldur's gate - I assume you are talking about the PC game - open up your spellbook. On one side, you can now see the spells you have available in your spellbook. On the other side the spells you already have memorized and those you are going to memorize are displayed. With a left-click on the spells in your spellbook you can select those spells you like to memorize. A right-click on those you already have will remove them. After adding the spells you want, you can see them, but not use them at once. They will be available for you to use after taking a rest. So either do a normal rest in the wilds or pay for a night in an inn. In Baldur's Gate II, there are two more options available: Cast the lvl 9 spell 'wish' and select the option that your party has just rested (which is not always available). This last option is the only available resting option you can use during a fight but since you can completely reload all your available spells and daily abilities during a fight, this is the most powerful one. Nonetheless there is a way to restore your spells without resting: spell trap. This powerful spell (which is also a daily ability of the 'staff of the magi') protects you from spells up to an accumulated level and at the same time restores your own spells, so that you can cast the restored spells again without resting.
Ancient magicks; the standard spellbook offers minor / lower-leveled spells with which to freeze targets for a short period of time, however these are not particularly as effective as Ancients. With Ancient Magicks, spells such as Ice Barrage (most powerful Ice spell) allow you to freeze an opponent and deal heavy damage. There is a quest requirement for ancient magicks (Desert Treasure) and higher-tier spells do require a high magic level (level 94 for Ice Barrage) for more powerful damage, however the freezing/damaging effect of ice spells can still be dealt with Ice Rush, requiring a minimum of level 58 magic. As with all non-standard magic spellbooks, you must be a RuneScape member to switch spellbook and use Ancient Magicks.
In my cases, you can look for some or teachers magicians and maybe I think watching the all the harry potter movies.
After finishing the quest, Lunar Diplomacy, you must pray at the rc altar on the lunar isle to switch to the Lunar Spellbook

There isn't a definitive "best" spellbook in Arcanists on FunOrb as each has its own strengths and weaknesses. However, many players find the Elemental Enigma spellbook to be versatile and effective due to its mix of offensive and defensive spells. Ultimately, the best spellbook for you will depend on your playstyle and preferences.

You don't "edit levels" in RuneScape (if that's what you mean) - not with lunar magic, and not otherwise. The Lunar spells give you additional options for magic; to be able to use those, you need to complete the quest "Lunar Diplomacy". Some of the spells in the Lunar spellbook have additional requirements.
Desert Treasure -- unlocks the full Ancient Magicks spellbook. Lunar Diplomacy -- unlocks half of the Lunar Magicks spellbook. Dream Mentor -- unlocks more of the Lunar Magicks spellbook. The Livid Farm introduced several new additions to the Lunar spellbooks, still rendering it "incomplete" even if you've completed both Lunar quests. There are additional requirements to the farm activity that utilise farming, construction and magic before you can participate in the activity.
You need the appropriate spellbook, and a skill level of 25 or more in that specific school of magic. Merchants tend to only offer you spellbooks that you can learn, so raising your skill should be the priority, finding the books after should not be so hard.
The cast of My First Spellbook - 2011 includes: Sonia Ram as Katy
