Higher than tool grade steel, lifetime warranty, seven points of contact in the teeth (vs. two point, even in other professional brands such as Mac, Matco, and Cornwell).

I wasn't sold on them at first, but after buying my first Snap On ratchet and using it, Snap-On soon ended up replacing all of my Mac ratchets.
