Gligar is located at the Safari Zone expansion after you defeat the Elite 4. When you enter the Safari Zone go left a little then head up until you reach a passageway to the right. there will be a safari guy standing there. Talk to him and he should say that the expansion is open. Go past him and go down the stairs. you should be next to a lake. There will be a fat guy and POKEBLOCK feeder a little lower down. head into the grass and stand right next to the pokeblock feeder. stand on the left instead of the right. now just lightly tap your directional buttons so you stay in the same spot. Shortly after gligar will appear. Catching Gligar is a bit difficult. One reason is because he/she runs very easily. I recommend using a POKEBLOCK before barraging it with your Safari Balls. Gligar's level is 37-40. I is a Flying/Ground type making it immune to Electric and Ground attacks. Gligar is only weak to Ice and Water(not the kiddish game). Gligar may be difficult to catch, but it will be worth it. I have a level 54 Gligar that knows Earthquake, Slash, Quick Attack, and my personal favourite(also the reason why Gligar's worth catching) Guillotine(this move is one hit KO so it rocks!). So just follow my instructions and have patience(doesn't take long) and you will have a Gligar before you know it! I've already dun that and there is still no gligar at all
