The one option that you can use in order to get Meowth to learn Assist and Last Resort is you will have to go with the breeding option since they are both egg moves for it and because of which you will need to use a female Meowth (or Persian) and place her in the Daycare and then you will need to use males of either Skitty, Delcatty, Purrloin or Liepard who have Assist in their move set and one of the males will also need to be in the Daycare and then after that it'll hatch into a Meowth (making sure it's a female one) that knows Assist and then you can use a male Eevee that knows Last Resort and breed him with the female Meowth that knows Assist and it will hatch into a Meowth that knows Assist and Last Resort.
