Im afraid they never kiss in the manga or series but there are episodes were vegeta gets jealous. I find it sad that they dont even kiss once I found it depressing frankly but the idea was that the romance Behind the Scenes was meant for the watcher to make up but I would have preferred for them to kiss at least once!
