Seedot does not learn Absorb. Here is a list of moves it learns by leveling up.

START ---> Bide (Endures attacks for two turns, then pays back double damage)

Lvl 3 ---> Harden (Stiffens body muscles to raise Def.)

Lvl 7 ---> Growth (Raises Spec. Att.)

Lvl 13 ---> Nature Power (A different attack that varies by terrain)

Lvl 21 ---> Synthesis (Restores HP; more HP restored with good weather)

Lvl 31 ---> Sunny Day (Raises power of Fire-type moves)

Lvl 43 ---> Explosion (Inflicts heavy damage, but faints your Pokemon)

Seedot evolves into Nuzleaf at level 14, and then into Shiftry via Leaf Stone.
