well you need could use a stone and evolve him:
water stone - Vaporeon
thunder stone - Jolteon
fire stone - Flareon
(u can also get a Espeon and Umberon, when ur eevee is level 27(i think its 27 if not its 26)depends on whats it like out side, if its dark out you will have a Umbreon, if its light out you will have a Espeon)

Also if you give evee 10 of each energy drinks (except for pp ups) after giving it all the energy drinks then give it one rare candy and it will evolve! if it evoles in the morning it will be espeon and at night umbreon! Hope this helps!
