Depends if you want to migrate them from FireRed, LeafGreen or another Pokemon game. The one's one Pokemon Diamond and Pearl are:
Dialga-You can get this at Spear Pillar. It is the easiest to catch and the first Legendary in the game-but you can only get this on Pokemon Diamond. I suggest using a Dusk ball on it.

It is fairly easy to catch, but it runs away, so use a move like Golbat's "Mean Look". Once you have found it, try using a Quick ball on it. This worked for me.
Uxie-You can get this at Lake 2 Cave(forgot name but one near the all the hotels and the guy who said about Sunyshores blackout.) It is easy too catch so use a Dusk ball most of the time.
Azelf-You can get this from Lake 3 Cave(forgot name but one near Snowpoint City.) It is harder than the others, but you should still be able to catch it easily. Just use a Dusk ball. Keep in mind that you don't use a Master ball on any of them so far, unless you have AR code to get them!
Heatran-You can get this by having a National Pokedex. Go to Snowpoint City and take the ship to Battle Zone. When you get to the Survival Area, turn right and keep on going till there are two ways to choose. Go up and then go to the Volcanoe. When you go through the first door(the one with your rival?friend by it) then you see Buck. Lead her through the cave and go to the little room with the Magma Stone in it. She nicks it and when you go out again, go to to the Survival Area again. Go into the house to the left of the Poke Center and there is Buck. Talk to her and she says she will put the Magma Stone back. Go back the little room where the Magma Stone was and there will be the Legendary Heatran. He is pretty hard to catch but using false swipe and a couple of freze,paralysis and sleep moves should work. I advise you to use whatever ball you like, including a Master ball. But if you want a better Legendary, save the Master ball.

you can also catch girintina in Pokemon pearl. after you get national pokedex a new area should apear near lake valor called spring path, go there with a Pokemon that knows rock climb strength and opptinally defog. Then go through until you find a cave called turn back cave. Go through the cave until you find Girintina. He is Dragon and Ghost type lv70.
