They make the sim who drinks it get the horrified moodlet for a certain amount of time.
It is unfortunately not included in an EP or SP, but has to be downloaded for 600 simpoints at the sims 3 store. The interactions are feed, play, and pet. It can also eat sims, After which it produces milk that can be drunk for a 7 days lasting good moodlet and (i think) a few extra days of life.
Your sim after woohoo would make a sound. I like to call it "Baby Music" if you don't hear the sound, try again for the baby. once you heard the sound, 3 days later your sims would get the Pregnant moodlet and in another 3 days time, you would have your baby.
your sim, after tring for a baby, after about half a day, she will get the nauncious moodlet and will vomit. She will then vomit a few times fater that, and will start to have whishes to eat stuff. Then after about a day, she will fall pregnant and will have maternity leave. Hope this helped :)
Technically you can't, but right when the first person arrives you can "Ask Everyone to Leave" and they'll all go home without anyone getting married yet. Your sim will eventually get an unhappy moodlet that they missed the wedding party :/

No, sims cannot become dehydrated; they can however become starved if their hungry moodlet is critically low. No, sims do not have a need to drink anything, they only require food to stay alive.
What you have to do is: Talk to the person you are married to. Click mean. Click break up. Simple as! ;-) WARNING: If you break up when both your sims are still happy together, the sim you break up with will get a heartbroken moodlet that lasts 3 days. If they hate each other when you break up, neither get bad moodlets. If any other sims witnesses the break up, they also receive a negative moodlet for witnessing a break up. Happy to help! :)

Sorry, but no however when your sim throws away food that hasn't gone off, you get the negative moodlet that tells you that there are staving children in strange town!
Vampires are all over. Some tips for spotting 1 is if you see a moodlet saying hunted. Also if you see a blur because a vampire is running at night.

2-3 sim days or if you want to become a vampire much much faster use life time points to my the moodlet manager and cure yourself you will become a vampire instantly!!
You get moodlets when your Sim experiences things. For example if you buy something new for your sim they will get the New stuff moodlet. Moodlets are displayed in the top right hand corner of the touch screen.

Yes, they point to their mouth and then collapse. This is dying by starvation, which takes about a day and a half of not eating in total, and you are alerted to it by a moodlet which lasts 24 hours. If, at the end of those 24 hours, the Sim is still not fed, they will die and their ghost will be purple.
