No it will not. The 3DS does not have a Gameboy cartridge slot.
You need to have a PS3 or XBOX360 guitar. You plug the it in a USB slot and your PC should detect it right away.
no, the DSi does not have the game boy slot that the DS/DS lite have
You need to insert it into the GameBoy Advance slot on the bottom of the device. However, if you have a Nintendo DSi then you will be unable to play due to the fact that it does not actually HAVE a gameboy slot.
that means you have something in the gba slot but its for the ds games and you cant play it by itself. for example if you get guitar hero for the ds and put the guitar controls in the gba slot it will say ds option pak inserted
No it does not. The guitar hero grip goes in the gameboy slot. The grip doesn't fit in the old DS.
That is correct. The DSi does not have a slot-2, so is incompatible with Guitar Hero, the Rumble Pak, and anything that requires the slot-2 memory expansion.

I don't know about VI, but there is going to be a release of Guitar Hero On Tour for the Nintendo DS on June 20th, 2008. It's a new design with a guitar grip (like the neck of a guitar) that attaches into the GB Advance slot, and you strum the strings on the touchscreen with a pick styled stylus. There are also new songs, as usual, that are exclusive to the DS.
No because it does not have a slot for the sp games
connect the wireless adapter to the ps2 controller slot
If you mean the controller included with the game Guitar Hero: On Tour, then No, there is no GBA slot for it.
