There isn't a known code for Shiny Pokémon for any other code-breaking device except for Action Replay, as far as research brings me to. As far as I can say, unless you have Action Replay, then there isn't an easy way to catch a shiny. And even with Action Replay, the code seems to interfere with the Pokémon's name data and rename it.

Some people believe that there isn't a need for a code exactly. "You walk around, and if a Pokémon growls at you, you have a 1/1825 chance of" that Pokémon being shiny, or differently-coloured, as stated by the last person who came across to answering this. But, of course it makes everything difficult.

There is a code for GameShark SP that has shiny and this seriously works it is from gameshark.com.
