well for the archfiend deck you need fiend type monsters like mad archfiend and dark resonator and level one to three tuners to make it easier

you will also need dragon type synchros and dragon type monsters with good effects

just watch the yugioh 5ds episodes from YouTube

You don't draw Stardust Dragon or any synchro monster in particular.Synchro monsters are some sort of fusion monsters that requires a tuner monster and one or more non-tuner monster to special summon it.so they are placed in your extra deck (fusion) and not in your normal deck of 40 to 60 cards.
