No, it is completely unrestricted. You can have three in your deck if you want.
I have added a link to the current TCG banlist, in case anyone needs official proof.

Copycat has an effect that Triggers when it is summoned. Stardust Dragon Assault Mode can chain to this trigger to negate it, and destroy Copycat.
Hand: 2 Junk Synchrons, Quilbolt Hedgehog, Stardust Dragon Assult Mode, and Assult Mode Activate. First set Assault mode activate and quilbolt hedgehog. Opponent: Attack quilbolt. Your turn: Activate double summon. Summon 2 Junk synchrons. Junk Synchron + Quilbolt Hedgehog = Junk Warrior. Junk synchron + Junk Warrior = Stardust Dragon. Activate Assault Mode activate. There ya go!
Monster Quick Effects that can negate things are ruled that they can be activated in the Damage Step. That includes Gladiator Beast Heraklinos, Horus the Black Flame Dragon Lv8, Light and Darkness Dragon, Stardust Dragon, and Stardust Dragon Assault Mode. That means any appropriate ones from the above are able to negate Honest.
no it does not because stardust only stops effects that "destroy" a card(s) "remove" is different and therefore stardust cannot negate the effect Also you can get a card called divine wrath in a pack and negate it. - [Kaizoku] -Stardust Dragon/Assault mode can, Stardust Dragon can only negate destruction.
Stardust Dragon / Assault Mode cannot be special summoned 'except' by its own effect, or Assault Mode Activate. You are allowed to use Monster Reborn on cards like Chaos Sorcerer, who says it can 'only' be special summoned by a specific way - as long as you do summon it properly this way before it goes to the graveyard. But with the 'except' monsters, that's the only way it can be summoned. You cannot revive it from the graveyard, even if you properly summoned it initially.
