No one knows for sure who first came up with it; it's appeared in everything from movies, to comedy routines, to pick-up lines at the local bar or pub.
It's usually taken to mean that after a non-black woman has sex with a black man, she won't want to go back to a relationship with a gentleman of her own race or culture.
It's a way of affirming racial identity, by implying that men of African descent are better endowed, or better lovers.
Recently, it became like a culture, that if a woman of non-black race never dated a black guy is like she never experiences life.
