Go to his relationships and drag the bar up to the verry top with the child/teen sim(s). Now just have a normal dinner with the headmaster and try and make it up to 90 points or more. Once you have done that, hold down the shift button and click on the headmaster to unslect him. He will then leave and you will now be in private school.
