There is no "eleven kill spree" in Halo Reach. 5 = Killing Spree, 10 = Killing Frenzy, 15 = Running Riot, 20 = Rampage, ect.
If you are trying to refer to multikills (chain kills within 4 seconds), the highest you can get is a Killionaire (10).
