If I were you I would save in front of the box you get the starters in. This can take up to the thousandth time you try but I got my oshawot in 690 sr. You can also search on you tube for the Mesuda method that is when you get a foreign pokemon and the pokemon you want to hatch to get eggs and this raises the chances a shiny will hatch
