Well, Its a game of luck. You can choose yo reset it a bunch of times until you get one. or You can use the mesuda method. If you have a female samurott, and trade any pokemon with a pokemon froma diffrent country and breed, You'll have a good chance of getting a shiny Oshawott. Otherwise, its luck. heck, one time i got a shiny kyurem with no resets! i was so happy. Remember, its all luck.
