you can ONLY catch Rayquaza in Pokemon EMERALD. NOT IN RUBY OR SAPPHIRE! WRONG!!!!!!!!Go to Pacifidlog town, after completing the elite4 surf to the left and you'll find an opening in the route barrier, surf up there then get off on the island, walk through the cave and then up towards the building, make your way through the building (you need a mach bike) and on the top floor rayquaza will be ther waiting for you. It's called sky pillar.
