Update: You have to be Lvl 60 to even wield dragon so again I reiterate that mage is the fastest.
Update: There was no statement about levels, just on how to kill swiftly and with ease. If in fact you are a lower level use a sling as you use absolutely no ammo and it is among the fastest ranged weapons. Also because of the fact magic is extremely weak until you can use wave spells. You may also safespot and take no damage. -Alextré
