Well, it's pretty easy. First go to meteor falls and have a Pokemon over lvl 40 or use a repel because it'll be difficult without. Go to the entrance near Fallarbor town. You'll need to know surf, and waterfall. go to the smallest room with TM2, dragon claw. In the room with the old couple and dragon tamer nicholas. stick left and jump down except to the second to last, go left and down the ladder, and then go across the water to the area and walk around. you only get like 2 tries to catch her. (they're always girls)
