OMG. If you need to fake being sick for a day, I AM the person to ask how to do it. The longest I've faked sick, is probably two weeks! And I don't have parents anywhere NEAR over-protective! First, set your alarm clock for somewhere around 2:30, but don't do it exactly. Try 2:31, or something like that. If you come in your parents room at excactly 2:30, they'll get suspicious. Go in the fridge and pantry, and find anything that could possibly be mistaken for vomit in the dark. Mix it together in like a cup, then pour your creation in the toilet (it would be more believable if you poured it on your bedroom floor or your bed). Wake them up and tell them your 'story'. They may want to take your temperature or give you pills. If they take your temperature, ask them if you can use the bathroom cause your stomach still hurts. Stay in there for AWHILE. 15 minutes is probably enough (just wait until they come to the door and ask if your alright, lol). Make sure you flush the toilet, even if you didn't 'go'. When you wash your hands, turn it as hot as you can get it, then gurgle it for about 30 minutes. This will make your mouth seem hotter than usual. THEN let them take your temperature (trust me, I've done LOTS of research on this, and the, sticking it in boiling water, hot cocoa, under a lamp, etc., doesn't work). This should keep you home for at least a day.

**GIRLS ONLY: Stay up for about 30 minutes later (just until your parents are settled). Go into the bathroom and bring your makeup box with you. Put on dark make-up and red marker on your nose and smudge it. This will help you with an "I'm sick" approach.

Stay up the rest of the night. This will not only give you a more of an "I'm sick" approach, but it will make you sleep all morning (an ill symptom). Don't eat ANYTHING while your parents are watching, and bundle up (if you get hungry, I hope you have a snack stash in your room!). If your parents leave for work, stay in your bed or couch for about 15 minutes before getting up. Your parents might forget something. If they happen to call and check on you, wait until it rings about three times before answering and sound as tired as possible. Be sure to tell them you threw up again, then leave them a surprise in the bathroom! Slowly heal yourself after awhile. I suggest to fake sick from Monday to Saturday if possible.

**Note: Wednesday is the best day to fake sick

**Note: Docter is fine, just be serious and complain mostly stomach and throat issues
