There isn't an easy way to find a shiny pokémon, you can just keep looking for/breeding until you find one. You have 1 out 8192 chances of finding a shiny pokémon.
If ur talking about easy area, well, its not really easy bt whole lot "easier". Go to places where only 1 species roam. such as The 2 chambers in 7 island. 1 contains Unown z n ? The other 1 has A and !. bt ! n ? are very rare, so most likely u will only get to see A and Z.
