Yes, In some cases they will actually give you more for a collectors edition game. Assuming it has like a steel case or something to prove that it was indeed part of the collectors edition.

no..the games are the same..the difference is that with the collectors edition (depending on your country or where you live and where you buy it)..you get the game in a metal case instead of plastic and can get a limited edition Halo 2 controller included..but this will generally cost more..
