Here are the differences:

  • The slim PSP is thinner and a lot more lighter
  • The speakers on the slim have been moved to the top of the console
  • The LCD display on the slim is brighter and is easier to see in daylight
  • The WLAN button on the slim has been moved to the top of the console
  • The slim loads games faster
  • The slim's UMD Disc tray opens differently. You have to pull it out. It looks a bit like a thin tape deck on the slim
  • The D-Pad is easier to use and more responsive on the lsim
  • The analogue stick is easier to use and is stronger on the slim
  • The slim can be connected to the TV using an AV Cable. The display that you would normally see on the PSP screen can be displayed on your TV.

That's about it!

P.S. The visual design was modified as well.
