Trainor, although not in the dictionary, is now commonly used in seminar-workshops that are more focused on management exercises and other "how to" processes/skills. This involves only on the initial stage. The trainee is left on-his/her-own to fine-tune his/her skills further.

Most likely, this word will be one of those batches that will be officially declared/added in dictionaries soon.

Trainor is a misspelling and its use is now perpetuated in seminar-workshops that Auggie Reyes may have attended so often. How preposterous to claim its official inclusion "soon" in standard dictionaries... in urbandictionary.com perhaps or in auggiereyes' own version of dictionary.

As Editor/Language Coach/Writer Janet Villa notes, "it is inevitable that by using English as a second language, we Filipinos have created Filipino English terms that do not exist in standard English or differ greatly from their meaning in standard English."
