1. After the game loads and before you enter a town, push ctrl, shift, and c at the same time.

3. Load your household
4. Select the Sim to which you want to give points
5. Go to their Lifetime Rewards tab, the one with the treasure chest and current Lifetime Happiness points
6. Hold ctrl and click between the treasure chest and points. You have to find just the right place for it to give you points. Each successful ctrl+click gives 500 points.
