If you look at the bottom left corner of every single (legitimate) YGO card, there's a series of eight numbers. That's the cards Code or serial number. You can just click "Randomize" to generate a random number code for you.

No. The Yu-gi-oh card maker is just for fun, and not officially affiliated with Konami (the company that owns Yu-gi-oh). You can just make cards that look like it but you can not actually print it like a real yu-gi-oh card.
What do you mean?If you want a way to make your own yu-gi-oh cards, yes there is a yu-gi-oh card maker, google it.You can doenload magic deck vortex, you can make yu-gi-oh cards ther too!Ask Konamihttp://Yugiohcardmaker.net.
Generally the website http:/www.yugiohcardmaker.com is in fact free to use.
it is legal for you to make cards for your own use, but not to print them out or sell them.
The numbers in the lower left hand corner of a Yu-Gi-Oh card is it's number code. Yu-Gi-Oh games allow players to enter these codes so that they can use these cards in their games too. The lower right hand corner are it's Attack points and defense points, which are used to decide which card defeats another in battle. The number below the card image, for example "SKE-041" is it's identity code. This particular code is Shadow Spell. Hope this helps.
