these are the only codes I know of though to be honest xploder isn't really as good as action replay or gameshark so you'd be better off getting those cheat devices but here are the codes for deoxys, it should work for ruby, sapphire, emerald and it will defintly work for sapphire: the master code is: 0000B138000A 1003A82A0007 and the actual code for deoxys: 83007D220XXX XXX hope this helps.
Emerald Xploder CheatsUnfortunately, there are currently no official Pokemon Emerald Xploder codes. HOWEVER, (now this, for unknown reasons, actually works, i tried it and it actually worked perfectly.) you can, for some reason, use the Gameshark codes for Pokemon Emerald. I don't know why but these codes work for the Xploder GBA. I've first tried it on my Pokemon Emerald, since I was extremely desperate for the codes, but I could not find any for my Xploder, so I decided to use Gameshark codes (don't ask me why, i just did). When it first succeeded, I then tried it on my friend's copy of Pokemon Emerald. Guess what? It worked! You can go to this website to get some of the gameshark codes. Please Note that this is the ONLY game on the GBA to utilize Gameshark codes through Action Replay. No other games will work through this method.
Action Replay is actually just the European version of gameshark, So to enter an action replay code in vba enter the action replay code in the gameshark slot, but in gameshark code format, and Action Replay is a series of codes that tells the software to modify the ROM by changing the values in certain bytes, and action replay is usually in hexadecimal base. P.S. Sometimes you will need a must be on code, also called a (m) code. P.P.S. Xploder is the European version of codebreaker, so enter Xploder codes on codebreaker slots in codebreaker code format. P.P.P.S. Codebreaker and gameshark are not much different and on certain games one or the other has more codes. They each read code format differently.
You can't. It's a GBA game and GBA game are'ne wi fi compatible!

Yes, there's a GBA Action Replay, GBA Xploder/Gameshark, as well as the Action Replay Max Duo which works on GBA games.
Oh, dude, can you use a GBC Blaze Xploder with a GBA game? Well, technically, the GBC Blaze Xploder is designed for Game Boy Color games, not Game Boy Advance games. So, like, it's a no-go, my friend. You'll have better luck trying to fit a square peg into a round hole.
Depending on where you live, it will be called either an Action Replay GBA/Max Duo, or a GBA Xploder.
You would need to obtain the Mystic Ticket to head off to Navel Rock, where you'll find Ho-oh (At the top) or Lugia. (Bottom) Currently, the Mystic Ticket is only available by using a GameShark or the Action Replay for your GBA, for the official Nintendo event has expired.
