Well, i still did not hear a chea BUT, if you do CTRL SHIFT C a cheat box will appear and then type testingcheatsenabled true then press enter then open the cheat box again and type buydebug then enter then go to buy mode then search through every single place you can and somewhere there will be a question mark then u click that and youll find kelp that HOPEFULLY your sim will eat sometimes it wont work, but if you want something more simple talk to a mermaid and become good friends with them then ask about fish part and perhaps they will give you a merdamic kelp.
