The Johnny Cash & Willie Nelson 1998 VH1 Storytellers version is spine tingling. Another awesome one is a hard rocking version by Lightning. You can find both on YouTube, though the Lightning version is listed under Rider in the sky. Two different ends of the spectrum, both great takes on the song.
