this is a strong team I built in fire red, I completed the game with this team and is now on my platinum

moveset: thunderpunch, thunderbolt, brick break, light screen
scizor:
item: leftovers
moveset: swords dance, slash, metal claw, false swipe (when I migrated over to platinum the moves changed to... x-sizzor, swords dance, metal claw, false swipe)
