Perk 1-Either Flat Jacket or Hardline
Flat Jacket is the best perk 1 because it saves you from those gernades, claymores, RC cars, etc. And Hardline will help you get Killstreak Rewards faster as it makes every reward 1 Kill less.
Perk 2-Either Slight of Hand or Warlord
Both perks have their advantages. Sleight of hand allows you to reload faster when in those tough situations. Warlord allows you to add two attachments (I use silencer and Duel Mag)
Perk 3-Either Ninja or Second Chance
Again, both have their advantages. Ninja allows you to not be heard which i know i have gotten shot many times from that. Second Chance allows you to go prone with a pistol after you been shot. This allows you a "Second Chance" if your enemy emptied a whole clip on you
