Well, this depends on if you have emerald and firered or not. Also, if you can trade with diamond and pearl. If Pokemon platinum is your only game, this is my recommended team.

You will need to get the national dex to get most of these Pokemon, and I recommended migrating Blissey from emerald so it can learn seismic toss. If not, Ice Beam/Flamethrower/Thunder Bolt and any other special attack moves will do just fine. Also, try to give Blissey max evs for defense and hp to make it powerful.
