Try this:
Drifblim
EVs: 252 Sp. Attack/128 Speed/128 HP
Item: Petaya Berry
Ability: Unburden
Moveset: Hidden Power [Ice]/Thunderbolt/Shadow Ball/Endure
Send it out against a Pokemon that can usually 1HKO Drifblim and use Endure. This will then activate your Petaya Berry - increasing your Sp. Attack stat by 50%. Then, since the berry has been used up, Drifblim's ability Unburden kicks in, also raising your Speed stat by 50% as well! The moves are specially selected so they can only get a "not very-effective" hit on either Magnemite, Magneton or Magnezone.

the only way to find Drifloon is at the Valley Windworks on Friday or set the date on your DS to Friday.If you don`t come at the right time on Friday you'll miss Drifloon.I would say come in the afternoon.
