What is the best move set for drifloon or drifblim?

Try this:

Drifblim

EVs: 252 Sp. Attack/128 Speed/128 HP

Item: Petaya Berry

Ability: Unburden

Moveset: Hidden Power [Ice]/Thunderbolt/Shadow Ball/Endure

Send it out against a Pokemon that can usually 1HKO Drifblim and use Endure. This will then activate your Petaya Berry - increasing your Sp. Attack stat by 50%. Then, since the berry has been used up, Drifblim's ability Unburden kicks in, also raising your Speed stat by 50% as well! The moves are specially selected so they can only get a "not very-effective" hit on either Magnemite, Magneton or Magnezone.
