Wait until Friday, or set your clock to Thursday and wait a day. If you set your DS for Friday, Drifloon won't appear. Now, go to the Valley Windworks west of Flamora. Walk around in the tall grass, and you'll find it pretty soon. Oh, and I would recommend catching it with a high-level ball. Hope I helped! :)
