As far as I know, there's no Legendary Electric Type Pokemon catchable in this version... But I recommend catching a Pikachu... You can evolve make it evolve into a Raichu using a Thunder Stone, but I suggest not... Instead, hunt an item called Light Ball which doubles Pikachu's SP Attack...
